At Merakki Foods, we deal in perishable food products such as millets, flours, and grains. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality and safety for all our customers.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Limitations
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Returns:
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
3. Revisions and Errata
Refunds / Replacements:
We only offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- If the product received is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery
- If you have received the wrong item
All claims are subject to verification and approval by our team.
4. Modifications
Reporting Issues:
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a complaint, please email us at info@g8f.7f7.myftpupload.com along with clear photos or videos of the package as proof. Requests made after this timeframe may not be considered.
5. Risks
Refund Processing:
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
While we ensure proper packaging and handling, certain risks during transit may occur. However, we take full responsibility in valid cases as mentioned above and aim to resolve issues promptly.
