All orders for our premium grains and flours are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are processed only on working days and exclude public holidays.
Delivery Timeline:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–3 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Revisions and Errata
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.
We reserve the right to update shipping charges without prior notice.
4. Modifications
Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor the delivery status.
We may update or modify shipping processes or timelines when necessary to improve our services.
5. Risks
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing the order.
Merakki Foods will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
